The lecture series aimed to promote an intellectual exchange and dialogue between academics, researchers, field professionals and museum curators engaged with Indus material and have contributed to keeping the legacy of Harappa alive. It featured a prestigious line-up of ten speakers who spoke about the Harappan Civilization from various facets.
A sizeable number of students, artists, intellectuals and civil society members attended the event. The effort provided attendees a unique opportunity to appreciate the significance and scope of work that had been and could be carried out within the field of Indus Studies. The event was a great success and went a long way in presenting Pakistan’s rich and varied ancient heritage.
