The Alam al-Khayal Foundation runs several projects across Pakistan through zakat donations. These humanitarian services remain operational across the year and benefit the needy and poor people of Pakistan.

      The projects include: financial and medical aid to low-income earners struggling to meet monthly expenses in supporting their families, providing drinkable water to communities, covering the educational expenses of madrasa students, and to provide emergency aid as food and shelter for refugees.
