Qarz-e-Hasna Scheme

AKF initiates a Qarz-e-Hasna (Interest Free Loan) Scheme with the objective to financially supporting outstanding under-privileged students. Through this scheme AKF will provide financial loans to outstanding students on a “need cum merit” basis in order to enable them to complete their studies.

Zakat Donation

The Alam al-Khayal Foundation runs several projects across Pakistan through zakat donations. These humanitarian services remain operational across the year and benefit the needy and poor people of Pakistan.

The projects include financial and medical aid to low-income earners struggling to meet monthly expenses in supporting their families, providing drinkable water to communities, covering the educational expenses of madrasa students, and to provide emergency aid as food and shelter for refugees.

Covid-19 Ration Relief for Daily-Wage Workers

The Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic is a global crisis unlike any we have witnessed before. As governments act to minimize the loss of life by imposing precautionary measures, AKF also begin to grasp the social and economic impact of this crisis on the most vulnerable members of our community.

Lockdowns and other precautionary measures and restrictions on routine commerce and mobility have left millions of daily-wage workers and micro entrepreneurs bereft of income or even a clear vision of their livelihood in the future. Therefore, AKF started providing ration relief including food parcels, personal protection equipments and more for over 5,000 impoverished families, who are the most affected in this crisis.
